"Luca est LA personne qu'il vous faut si vous cherchez un gardien de confiance pour vos chats.
Le séjour de mes deux chats a été compliqué pour plusieurs raisons et Luca a parfaitement géré la situation : entre l'urgence vétérinaire de l'un, le traitement quotidien du second, un système pour donner à manger de manière isolée aux chats en raison de croquettes médicales, l'anxiété des deux... Luca s'est montrée adaptable. Je recevais des photos et des nouvelles d'eux presque tous les jours. Lorsque mon grand a montré un symptôme potentiellement alarmant, elle m'a fait parvenir des photos pour que je décide de l'envoyer chez le véto ou non, puis l'a conduit à la clinique d'urgence en me tenant au courant tout du long, ce qui faisait toute la différence dans une situation aussi difficile.
De manière plus générale, la communication avec Luca est fluide, claire et proactive. Lors de notre première discussion, elle avait déjà lu le profil de mes deux chats et avait des questions précises.
Luca est très consciencieuse et attentive. En allant déposer puis chercher mes chats chez elle, j'ai pu voir un appartement propre, sécurisé (les chats n'ont pas accès à l'extérieur et les fenêtres sont fermées pour éviter des accidents) et aménagé dans lequel les autres chats étaient clairement très à l'aise dans l'espace et avec elle. Enfin, Luca est une personne adorable tant pour les tigres que les humains ! Elle aime clairement la compagnie de ses locataires temporaires, et ça se répercute à merveille sur leur séjour. Mes chats sont anxieux et n'avaient jamais eu un tel cat-sitting, et elle a rendu ça tellement plus facile.
La prochaine fois que j'ai besoin d'une sitter, je sais vers qui me tourner. Si vous cherchez une sitter soigneuse, je vous la recommande les yeux fermés !

"Anna did a fabulous job taking care of our cat, he was treated like a king and had a wonderful time with her :-) Our communication was smooth and clear throughout and we received regular and detailed updates on how they were getting along. She was very mindful of his needs and made sure he was at ease in his new environment. "Susheel and his partner Shiyao took wonderful care of our dogs, Pip and Spot. They were warm, reliable, and clearly cared a lot about making sure the dogs were comfortable and happy. We received plenty of updates and photos throughout their stay, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.
The dogs came back content and very well looked after. We were so happy with their care that we hope to book with them again at the end of May. Highly recommend Susheel and Shiyao to anyone looking for caring and trustworthy pet sitters."

"We had a great experience with Ania. My female dog had a very active and happy stay — long walks, lots of play, and plenty of rest. "Belle is simply wonderful. ❤️ It’s honestly difficult to find enough words to express how grateful we are for the love, care, and attention she gave our 3-month-old puppy.
From the very first meeting at her home, we immediately felt that our little girl was going to be in very good hands. And throughout her stay, Belle completely confirmed that feeling. She is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, patient, respectful, and responsive, but above all, she has a genuine love and understanding of dogs.
What impressed us most is how naturally she manages several dogs with completely different breeds, ages, and personalities, making sure that each one feels comfortable, safe, and loved. She answered every question we had and kept us updated every single day with messages, little stories about our puppy, adorable photos, and videos. ❤️
Of course, we missed our little girl terribly while we were away. But seeing how happy and relaxed she was in Belle’s care made it so much easier for us to enjoy our holiday without worrying. We could see that she was having the time of her life, making new friends and enjoying all the attention and adventures with Belle. 🐕🐶🥰
Leaving a puppy that young with someone for the first time is not easy, but Belle gave us something priceless: complete peace of mind. We are truly grateful to her and would happily trust her with our little girl again anytime.
We will be delighted and hope Belle will be available whenever we need someone to look after our dog in the future, whether for holidays, business trips, or simply whenever we need a helping hand.

"We’ve used Phil three times now—once for day care and twice for boarding—and each time has been an excellent experience. Most recently, we went away on holiday and felt completely reassured knowing our springer spaniel was in such good hands.
Phil communicates really well, which makes a huge difference and builds real trust. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the dogs he looks after. The biggest sign for us is how excited our dog is to see him—on both return visits, her tail was wagging out of control as soon as she saw him!
We’ve had a consistently great experience with Phil and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to other dog owners."

"Anar took wonderful care of our dog, Scotty!
Leaving your dog with someone while you are away requires a lot of trust, and we trust Anar.
Scotty loves giving and receiving cuddles, and he clearly got plenty of them during his stay! We especially appreciated Anar’s kindness, the way he interacted with Scotty, and the attention and care he gave him.
We will definitely ask Anar to look after Scotty again when we travel abroad. A great experience!

Scotty adore recevoir et donner des câlins… et il en a visiblement reçu beaucoup pendant son séjour ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse d’Anar, sa façon d’être avec Scotty et l’attention qu’il lui a portée.
