Juliana and Nuno were absolutely wonderful taking care of my cat Layla for two weeks while I was away in Mexico. I couldn’t have asked for better cat sitters! They genuinely went above and beyond, spending lots of quality time with Layla, playing with her, keeping her company and making sure she was happy and well cared for. They were also very attentive to her needs, keeping an eye on her food, litter and general wellbeing. Communication was excellent throughout. They sent me regular photos and videos, which was so lovely to receive while I was away, and always kept me updated. When Layla had a little medical incident and threw up, they let me know immediately, handled the situation with great care and were incredibly patient with all my questions and check-ins. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing Layla was being looked after with such kindness, attention and genuine affection. I would wholeheartedly recommend Juliana and Nuno to anyone looking for trustworthy, caring and responsible pet sitters. I will absolutely be getting in touch with them again whenever I travel or need someone to look after Layla. Thank you both so much for taking such wonderful care of my little girl! ❤️

Marina looked after our cats while we were away on vacation. We have two cats who each need attention and care in their own way: one needs lots of playtime to burn off energy, while the other requires a very gentle and calm approach. Marina handled both of them perfectly. On top of that, she's also very tidy, which is wonderful when you come home after a trip. Marina reassured us every day by sending photos of our cats. From day one, we were amazed that our shy cat—who has spent the past four years running upstairs whenever visitors came over—immediately wanted to be petted and even sat on Marina's lap! That's something she normally only does with us. Marina also communicated quickly and clearly when one of our cats had been sick. At our request, she even made a few extra visits to make sure both cats were doing well. We really appreciated her flexibility! We would like to thank Marina for her professionalism and the genuine love and care she showed our cats. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring cat sitter.
