My dog (Chuck) got on very well with Gabriele, who was kind and helpful. Gabriele looked after Chuck for four and a half days, during which time he sent me regular updates. When I returned home, Chuck was very calm and relaxed, and I think he had a great time with Gabriele. Definitely recommended!
