"It was our first time using Pawshake and Stephanie was fantastic with my both my cats. She was attentive & caring to them giving them plenty of fuss and attention. We received daily updates with photos/videos/comms which helped put our minds at rest, knowing they were happy and well cared for. All bowls cleaned daily, cat litter sorted and both cats made a fuss off đ. Itâs nice to come home to two happy, relaxed cats.
I would not hesitate to use Stephanieâs services again for either long or short periods. We are super happy with her service thank you Stephanie. "

"We were extremely happy with Dzsenifer and the way she took care of our two cats. Even though we'd never met before, it felt as if an old friend was cat-sitting for us.
Communication was really good, we received regular updates and reassurance that everything was fine, and she got on really well with the cats. All of that was very reassuring and we were confident we were always up to date.
When we got back, we found two happy and well-fed cats, and a home treated with respect during our absence. Thanks to Dzsenifer, we will come back, for sure."

"Lisa était trÚs attentif pendant notre premiÚre rencontre pour nos 2 chats - elle a posé les questions importantes sur le soin de nos chats, elle nous a rappelé si on a oublie d'expliquer quelque chose. Tout était impeccable; elle était trÚs bien organisé et elle a vite réussi a habituer nos chats a sa présence. Elle nous a envoyé des super photos de nos petites aussi.

"It is hard to find a sitter that puts nervous and anxious cats with strangers at ease.
My cats were calm and happy to see Hannelore. She had patience to win the my nervous cat over and followed all instructions to keep them both in their routine and therefore reassuring them. When she had a question or saw something she let me know also.
Also the massive spam of videos of the cats is very reassuring when on holiday and put me at ease. I didn't worry about my cats during my holiday (which in the past I always did).
Will definitely use Hannelore again in the future and I 100% recommend her. My two cats recommend her also đđââŹ
