Hello! I am a 30 year old urban studies masters student at the VUB and ULB from Winnipeg, Canada. I'm missing my dogs so much and thought pet sitting would be a great way to show care for my community and spend time with animals while in school. I have pet and house sat for multiple people with both dogs and cats over the last 10 years. have also fostered a dog in the past and take care of him when his current owners are away. I also care for my 2 family dogs, Romeo and Juliet, both small, white and fluffy, every time my parents are away. :)

My availability is primarily in the mornings and evenings as I have afternoon classes most days. If the home is near the VUB Etterbeek campus, I can visit multiple times between classes. On weekends, I can be fully available at any time of day.

My services:

- home visits - I can come morning or evening for most days, weekends anytime. I can stay for 2 hours and depending on the day, maybe longer or for shorter spurts of time.

- dog sitting- I can walk your dog for 30 minutes a day. I would walk them in your neighborhood, where they are familiar, and at a park nearby if there is one. If they have a favourite spot we can go there too!

- house sitting- I am able to house sit for as long as you request as long as you are in Brussels. If outside the city I can typically do Friday-Monday. I can take in any mail and keep your home clean. Before you leave, I'll make sure to get all the information regarding your home's security and keys, etc.

- I can administer medication, and have experience doing this with fussy pets. I can also bath the pets as needed. I can also continue basic training you may have started with your dog.

I'm reliable and trustworthy and see taking caring for your pet and your home as a big responsibility! Animals feel comfortable and trusting around me and we become quick friends. I always respect the pet and owners boundaries and trainings. I'm good at reading animals (and people), and can recognize patterns when they are well or need anything- to eat, go out, etc. I love playing with pets, taking them to the park or for walks, and snuggling. I'd love to be your pet's new friend :)
