I am a 30 year old media/NGO professional working in Amsterdam and living in Utrecht. I love animals of all kinds and feel a deep sense of empathy towards them. Being sentient, but unable to communicate in words that we understand must be difficult for them.

Back in India, I have a cat, a rescue who is the love of my life. I feel like I understand cats, being the introvert that I am. I understand their need for space while also demanding some love and affection.

Catsitting has helped me fall in love with Amsterdam which, I must admit, can be a challenge sometimes. Recently my partner and I moved to Utrecht and I am looking to feel at home here. The best way to do it is by having a bunch of cat friends. Cat sitting helped me see Amsterdam in ways I couldn't have otherwise. I wish the same for Utrecht. Plus cat sitting has also been one of the greatest stress relievers of living abroad. Those little fur babies are healers.

I wish to take up assignments after work so I can cat sit on my way home. I am all for cuddles, snuggles and don't mind the occasional scratch.

What will you be signing up for with me:

At least 20 minutes of cat time per visit. If you would like me to hang around for longer, I am happy to do that too, even if that is just me reading a book while the cat sleeps next to me.

A meet-up prior to the actual visit.

Watering your plants if you have any and want me to water or trim them (Did I mention I am also a crazy plant lady?)

I can administer medication, besides feeding your cat and changing their water and litter.

I will visit after work so between 17:00 and 19:00 from Mon-Wed. On other weekdays I work from home so I am flexible.

All I ask for is your wifi password if that's possible ;)
