"Katrien is een super lieve en betrouwbare oppas. Je merkt onmiddellijk dat zij een grote dierenvriend is. Mala is een zeer angstig hondje, daarom vind ik het belangrijk dat zij op een rustige manier benaderd wordt. Ik denk dat Katrien heel vlug Mala's vertrouwen zal krijgen.
