D'abord une visite pour faire connaissance avant de prendre en charge un chien qu'elle ne connaissait pas, ce qui est rassurant pour elle comme pour nous. Très bonne communication avant et pendant la garde, y compris quelques photos avec les petites nouvelles. On a retrouvé notre chien en pleine forme et une gardienne toute prête à le reprendre à l'occasion. C'était parfait !"

"We’ve used Phil three times now—once for day care and twice for boarding—and each time has been an excellent experience. Most recently, we went away on holiday and felt completely reassured knowing our springer spaniel was in such good hands.
Phil communicates really well, which makes a huge difference and builds real trust. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the dogs he looks after. The biggest sign for us is how excited our dog is to see him—on both return visits, her tail was wagging out of control as soon as she saw him!
We’ve had a consistently great experience with Phil and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to other dog owners."

"We had a great experience with Ania. My female dog had a very active and happy stay — long walks, lots of play, and plenty of rest. "Gaëlle s’est occupée de notre petite Chanel avec beaucoup de douceur et d’attention. Nous avons tout de suite senti qu’elle aimait réellement les animaux et qu’elle veillait à leur bien-être avec sérieux.
Elle nous a envoyé des photos et des nouvelles durant la garde, ce qui était très rassurant. C’est également une personne très sympathique, disponible et avec qui la communication est simple et agréable.

"Susheel and his partner Shiyao took wonderful care of our dogs, Pip and Spot. They were warm, reliable, and clearly cared a lot about making sure the dogs were comfortable and happy. We received plenty of updates and photos throughout their stay, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.
The dogs came back content and very well looked after. We were so happy with their care that we hope to book with them again at the end of May. Highly recommend Susheel and Shiyao to anyone looking for caring and trustworthy pet sitters."

"Emanuela is experienced with dog sitting and it shows in her approach to new dog sitting reservations.
She invested the time to ensure that the dogs will get along with her own animals and her environment/household.
She offered reassurance that my pet will be in a safe, controlled and supervised environment.
Her own space if very spacious so the animals have a big playground to play in.
She regularly kept us up to date with messages to inform us of the evolution of our dog’s stay with either videos or pictures (which was very nice).
All in all a very good and positive experience, highly recommend Emanuela’s dog sitting services."

"Dzsenifer and her family took extremely good care of our 5 month-old puppy and we can tell it wasn’t an easy job! Even though our baby is a bubble of sparkle and joy, she often misbehaves and pushes boundaries, but Dzsenifer managed to keep her safe above all. The communication was awesome, she replies very quickly and sends many photos and videos. It was well shown that our puppy had her best time and was super well taken care of.
