"We boekten Luna met een klein hartje voor een week, één bezoek per dag voor onze kat Waldo. Toen ze merkte dat het met hem niet helemaal tiptop ging, schatte ze zelf correct in dat hij baat zou hebben bij een extra bezoekje. Zonder aarzelen of morren nam ze die extra zorg op zich. De kwaliteit van haar bezoekjes was top: in het verleden hebben we wel eens meegemaakt dat pet sitters maar een paar minuutjes bleven, maar Luna nam echt de tijd zodat Waldo er ook mentaal iets aan had. We voelden dat hij in goede handen was. Ondertussen hebben we haar alvast vastgelegd voor een volgende periode — dat zegt genoeg ♥️🙏🏼!"

"I have a cat, and she took wonderful care of her while I was away. Michelle kept me updated with videos and messages. Came home to a happy and relaxed kitty, and everything was left neat and tidy.

"Tine is vlotte en lieve dame die 4 weken voor onze 2 poezen gezorgd heeft. Goede communicatie, leuk van af en toe wat foto’s door te krijgen. Zelfs onze schuwe kater heeft zich af en toe laten zien. Bij onze terugkeer hebben we 2 rustige en dikke katten terug gevonden die blijkbaar hard genoten hebben van Tine’s verzorging. Top! "

Despite my last-minute changes, Kübra was able to help me. The quality of her services is top notch. My cat was well cared for, not only physically but also emotionally. "Josslyn is a super pet sitter! She sent us detailed daily updates and very beautiful photos of our cats, I really felt at ease and carefree being away without them, because I knew she was taking good care of them. She was also very responsive and flexible for meet-ups, keys pick-up/drop-off etc..
I highly recommend Josslyn and will definitely contact her again next time we are away.

"Om te beginnen wil ik zeggen dat de Pawshake-website zelf uitstekend werkt. Het vinden van een kattenoppas, het reserveren en de betaling verliepen heel snel en transparant. Ik heb Sophie gevraagd of ze binnen twee dagen op onze kat Saaba wilde passen. Ze reageerde onmiddellijk, en sindsdien antwoordde ze altijd snel en vriendelijk als ik contact met haar opnam. Haar heldere communicatie gaf ons het gevoel dat we op haar konden rekenen. Bovendien was ze stipt en kwam ze haar afspraken na. Dat vonden we erg belangrijk.
We waren aangenaam verrast toen onze kat, die normaal gesproken wantrouwend en angstig is, tijdens de eerste kennismaking al spinnend naar Sophie toe kwam. Tijdens onze afwezigheid kregen we elke dag berichtjes en foto's van onze kat. Het bleek zelfs dat ze de dagen erna op Sophie's schoot klom om te knuffelen. Onze kat is een moeilijke eter, maar tijdens Sophie's oppasperiode at ze juist heel goed. En inderdaad, bij thuiskomst troffen we haar goed verzorgd, gevoed en uitgerust aan. We merkten dat ze ons gemist had, maar niet overdreven, omdat ze in de liefdevolle en professionele handen van een goede en verantwoordelijke persoon was geweest.
Niet minder belangrijk is dat we ons appartement ook in perfecte staat aantroffen, zonder enige schade of andere gebreken. Het was de eerste keer dat we onze kat en ons huis aan een 'vreemde' toevertrouwden. De professionaliteit waarmee alles verliep, en vooral Sophie's betrouwbaarheid en het nakomen van haar woord, hebben ons de mogelijkheid gegeven om nu vaker weg te gaan, wetende dat onze kat in haar vertrouwde omgeving goed verzorgd wordt. Eigenlijk zou onze kat deze feedback moeten schrijven. Vanaf de eerste ontmoeting voelde ze aan dat Sophie oprecht van dieren houdt en ze respecteert."

"I honestly couldn't say enough great things about Isa. It was our first time having a cat sitter for our fur baby, and we were super anxious pawrents like many!
Isa took the time to come over for tea to meet our kitty. She was very patient with us, answered all our questions and eased our anxiety. Our kitty (adopted 2 year old) generally doesn't let anyone else pet her, but Isa managed it!
Isa was very careful with all the instructions and took great care of our cat for 2-3 days.
She even went the extra mile and helped to vacuum up some cat litter that had spread around, so that we would come home to a clean living room, even when she didn't have to! She sent us regular pictures and updates and really ensured we didn't have to worry about our baby on our vacation.
We are extremely touched and very very happy 😊
Needless to say, I really hope Isa is around to help us out with our kitty whenever we go out of town, because after this, it's going to be very very difficult trusting anyone other than her.

"Wij zijn heel tevreden over Roos. De kennismaking verliep heel vlot. Onze poes is geen heel sociale poes met mensen die ze niet kent maar ze is tijdens de oppas toch bij Roos gaan knuffelen wat veel wil zeggen. We kregen ook regelmatig updates wat we leuk vonden. Wanneer we nog eens op reis gaan zullen we zeker Roos contacteren."
