"Charlotte is an outstanding pet sitter. She definitely loves the animals and is extremely kind to them. "A big thank you to Olya for her amazing work with our two cats when we left for around two weeks. It was our first time with her, and she took amazing care of everything. she always stayed long (around 1 hour!) to play with the cats and cuddle them. she also checked that everything was fine in the apartment, that the plants were ok and brought the mail inside. Very good communication, always responsive and ready to help. Thank you again! "
