Hi! My name is Victoria, and I’m originally from Norway, although I’ve been calling Brussels home for the past three years.

I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember, especially when it comes to dogs. Back home, I had a German Shepherd who was part of our family for 12 wonderful years. Growing up with him taught me the importance of patience, consistency, exercise, and understanding each dog’s unique personality.

I’ve always dreamed of having a dog of my own, but I don’t feel that my current stage of life is quite the right time for that commitment. Becoming a dog sitter felt like the perfect solution—it allows me to spend time with wonderful dogs while giving them the love, attention, and care they deserve.

I work in an office, but I have a flexible hybrid schedule. I either work from home two full days each week and spend three days at the office, which is only 10 minutes from my apartment, or I work four half-days from home and one full day at the office. This gives me plenty of flexibility and allows me to spend a lot of quality time with the dogs I care for.

One thing you’ll quickly notice is that I love including dogs in everything I do. Whether I’m working from home, relaxing with a book, watching a movie, or heading out for a walk, I enjoy having them by my side. I believe dogs are happiest when they feel like part of the family, and I’ll make sure your dog feels safe, loved, and included throughout their stay.

I live in a clean, cozy apartment in Brussels that provides a calm and comfortable environment. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles on the sofa, or simply relaxing nearby, I’ll happily adapt to their usual routine and individual needs.

Having owned a German Shepherd, I’m comfortable with larger breeds, but I genuinely enjoy dogs of all sizes and personalities. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care, and I promise to treat your dog with the same love, patience, and respect as if they were my own.

I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages during their stay, so you can relax knowing your furry friend is happy, comfortable, and in good hands.
