This gave me in-depth knowledge of common health issues, medication routines, and subtle signs in dog and cat body language that help me respond before problems arise. For clarity and continuity of care, all feeding, medication, access, safety and other special care instructions must be provided or confirmed in writing. If instructions are discussed verbally during the meet-and-greet, I will summarize them in writing afterward so that both parties have the same record and clarifications can occur before the service starts. Any changes to care instructions must be sent in writing as well. All animals under my care will be checked every 24 hours, in alignment with all veterinary and animal behavioral recommendations. I reserve the right to refuse bookings with visits spaced out longer than one day at a time.
