Hi! We are Pedro and Adriana, a 25-year-old couple living in Leuven and lifelong animal lovers.

Animals have always been part of our lives. Pedro grew up with 2 dogs and 1 cat, while Adriana has cared for 2 dogs and 4 cats over the years. Thanks to this experience, we understand that every pet has a unique personality, routine, and needs, and we always adapt our care accordingly.

We currently share our home with Humberto, our calm, friendly, and neutered 5-year-old cat. Humberto grew up in Portugal alongside several other cats and has always enjoyed feline companionship. Since moving to Belgium, he has been the only cat in the household, and we can tell he misses having other cat friends around. He is very gentle, social, and curious with other cats, making him a great companion for sociable feline guests.

As engineers, we are responsible, organized, and reliable. More importantly, we genuinely love spending time with animals and making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away.

One of our biggest strengths is our flexible schedule. Adriana works from home 3–4 days per week (always Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), and Pedro works from home one flexible day each week. We coordinate our schedules to maximize the time pets spend with us and ensure they receive plenty of attention throughout the day. If there is ever a period when a pet would need to be left alone, we discuss it transparently before accepting a booking.

We provide daily updates with photos and videos at least three times per day, so you can enjoy your time away knowing exactly how your pet is doing. We also adapt feeding schedules, playtime, and routines to each cat's individual needs and personality.

We currently offer:
• Cat boarding in our home
• Home visits (once or twice per day)
• Dog walking
• Overnight stays at the owner's home (Friday to Sunday)

At the moment, we do not accept dogs in our home, but we are happy to care for them through visits, walks, or house sitting.

Our spacious apartment includes a balcony and access to a private building terrace, providing a comfortable, safe, and peaceful environment. We speak English, Portuguese, Spanish, and intermediate French, making communication easy for many pet owners in Leuven.

Before any boarding booking, we are happy to arrange a free meet-and-greet so that you, your pet, and Humberto can get to know each other and make sure everyone feels comfortable.

As we are new to Pawshake, we are offering very affordable introductory rates while building our profile and reputation. Our goal is simple: provide the same level of care, attention, and affection that we would want for our own pet.
