Hey everybody! My name is Virginia and I'm a third year Bachelor student at VUB studying Social Sciences. I am originally from Italy but I've lived in Belgium for over 9 years, so I consider this beautiful country my second home now. I speak Italian, English and French.

Animals have always been an important part of my life. Ever since I was a child, I loved taking care of them. I was the kind of kid who would come home asking my mom if we could keep the stray kittens or dogs I found nearby! That love for animals has stayed with me as I grew older, and it’s the main reason why I would love to work as a pet sitter.

Although I haven’t worked as a paid pet sitter yet, I have plenty of experience taking care of dogs and other pets for friends, neighbours, and family members. Through these experiences I’ve learned how important it is for pet owners to feel that their pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for while they are away.

I believe it is important to have some peace of mind when leaving your pet with someone, and I can ensure that your pet will be in warm and patient hands. I'm also a very active person, so I can promise that your dog will not get bored, and will enjoy plenty of playtime and long walks! I mainly offer dog walking and daytime dog sitting in the pet’s home, making sure your dog receives attention and companionship while you are busy.

My goal is to make sure both you and your pet feel comfortable and at ease, and treat it as if it was my own!
