Mercedes

We are Mercedes and Jose, a couple living in Ixelles, Brussels in a cozy loft-type apartmentwith a little garden near Avenue Louise. When we were teenagers the two of us were the typical children who rescued animals on the street. Since I was 10 years old I have had dogs, cats and any animal that my parents let me have at home. Jose has also had dogs since he was young. And of course, now we do not live alone, four years ago we came to live in Brussels with Lili, a schnauzer mini and Walter, a teckel amazingly sweet and kind (female and male 6 and 5 years old ). They are very sociable and are always happy to welcome furry friends at home to spend some hours, days or weeks. Jose works at home so our dogs do not stay alone. We both are experienced in helping dogs to become more confident in their relationship with other dogs.

Our Daily routine: Everyday morning we go for a long walk to the Forêt de Soigné. After a midday, walk close to our place and if weather permits, every afternoon we go for a walk to Bois de la Cambre, Abbaye or hippodrome.   

We want all dogs that come to us to feel completely safe and happy, as if they were in a second home. We don't take more than two dogs at a time.
