When you have to go away or work long hours, you may worry about leaving your pet home alone. Have you ever wondered “Is there a pet or dog sitter in Brussels that can help?”.

Luckily, with Pawshake, you can easily find local and trusted pet and dog carers from Brussels to provide drop in visits and other services. This means a pet sitter will come and visit your pet at a time you both agree on and provide lots of love and personal attention. This can include playtime in the backyard, a walk to the local park, or just some cuddle time. Our pet carers can also administer medication, give food, and refresh the water bowl.

In home pet sitting services are a great way to break up the day and enrich it for your pet. Pawshake pet sitters have extensive experience caring for a range of pets including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds and more. If you have multiple pets, home visits are a great option to ensure that they all get a visit and lots of attention during the day.

Drop in visits are the least stressful option for your pet because your pet can stay in their favourite environment – their own home in Brussels. Their surroundings will be familiar and our loving and passionate Pawshake sitter will spoil them each day. Our sitters will treat your home with respect and are flexible with timing, requests and durations. All this can be discussed before you make a home visit booking.

Pet boarding is a great option for when you are away for a few days and your pet needs overnight care. Unlike pet hotels, Pawshake pet boarding allows you to arrange a personalised daily routine for your pet, whether this be extra belly rubs, playtime or 24 hour supervision. Your pet will stay with the pet sitter in a cosy home environment, rather than a large, impersonal pet hotel.

So whether you need just one day, a week or even a month, you’ll be able to find an experienced pet or dog carer to accommodate you and your pet’s needs in Brussels. The best part is that your Pawshake pet sitter is from your local neighbourhood, so they will be familiar with the area.

Our pet carers also have a range of experiences which include puppies, seniors, nervous pets and dog training. So if your pet has special requirements, you’ll be sure to find a pet sitter that is a good match for you.

Your pet’s safety and welfare is a big priority for us, which is why all of our Pawshake pet sitters undergo a strict vetting process by our trust and safety team. At Pawshake, we understand that you might feel a little uneasy allowing a pet sitter to enter your home or arranging pet boarding at their place. This is why Pawshake pet sitters also have reviews from other pet parents that are publicly available on their profile for you to read.

Each pet sitting home visit and pet boarding booking made through Pawshake is covered by the Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer support 7 days a week and more. Rest easy knowing that your pets will be well looked after by one of our expert pet carers in Brussels.

Hello everyone! Kritika here. 24 years old and from India. Here's a little something about me. To me, Animals have always been my greatest source of joy and have held a soft spot in my heart. From the wag of a tail to the constant meow of kitty, their love is pure and unconditional. I’ve spent most of my life caring for animals, raising countless stray puppies and kittens, giving them the warmth of a home when they had nowhere else to go. However, don't be mistaken, I've never taken their freedom away!Today, our family includes a wonderful 7-year-old dog and a resilient little rescue kitten. But my dream goes beyond my own home—I want to build an animal rescue shelter that not only provides a safe haven but also offers basic healthcare for animals in need. every paw deserves a chance, and I’m determined to make that happen—one rescue at a time!My services include, Dog walking for 30 min to 1hr, usually I'll look for a park that is animal friendlyso I can get them to walk and play and dog sitting for atleast 2-3 hours and I can also take care of your garden as per the requirements.

My name is Caterina De Leo and I am a 25 years old Italian girl.In my hometown, I live with a lot of dogs and cats. Due to that, I have a lot of experience with them and I really love being with them. At the moment in my house in Italy, I have one dog and three cats: Tundra, Tigro, Sofi and Pippi. But in the past, I had other three dogs, who died because very old: Esa, Palli and Pizza. Now I am in Brussels an internship and I miss a lot my dear pets! I live in a co-living where pets are not allowed, so it is not possible for me to offer the dog boarding service. Instead, I would like to offer dog walking and home visit services during my permanence in Brussels, to be able to conciliate these services with my internship. In particular, I am available every morning and evening of the week for dog walking, and the whole day on Saturdays and Sundays for everything: home visits and dog walking. For the duration of the home visits/dog walking, I am flexible, because it also depends on the needs of your pets! I am looking forward to take care of your pets, giving them and receiving from them a lot of love and cuddles!Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any question!

Hey,

Hey,
I am Gijs, 20 years old, and I love animals! I myself am still a student and have one dog, I would love to share all my love with other animals while helping other people. There is no animal I don't love! Walking, playing, feeding, cuddling, administering medication, taking care of your animal's hygiene, teaching basic commands...I have experience with everything! I can speak Dutch, English and manage French well. I study in Brussels and also have a student room. I am flexible and can make time for your pet. Walking your pet, watching your pet, coming by several times a day...it's all no problem. I can make lots of time for your pet! In addition, I am off a lot throughout the work week so I can be very flexible! I can also administer medication if needed. If you do not have time for housekeeping, small household chores are also no problem. The size of the walks depends on your preference, whether you expect 10 minutes or 2 hours, I will do it for you! My own dog is a social Vizsla, so I definitely have experience with active dogs. I am very gentle, so if your dog is anxious I use a very gentle approach. I am not allowed to bring animals to my dorm, so there are only home visits and walks for me. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need someone to take care of your beloved pet!

Salut,
