Hi! My name is Sammy, I'm 33 years old and was born and raised in Amsterdam. I've been happily Brussels based for over 9 years now. I speak English, Dutch, and French. (and some basic Italian and Spanish, possibly not enough for an in-depth conversation with a human, but plenty for one with your dog). 

Growing up, we had a dog at home. I'm a huge dog lover and would absolutely adore having one again. But, since I live by myself and can't be sure that my schedule always allows for it, it is not the right time (sadly!). 

I do sometimes dogsit for friends, but my amount of friends with dogs is limited, and I would love to dogsit more often. I like a long walk, preferably in the company of a dog. 

I work from home often at the moment and my hours are flexible. So, while it might not be the right time for a long term commitment, my current situation is ideal for dogsitting and walks. 

I have experience with dogs of varying breeds and varying personalities (from very chill and friendly to more guarded and anxious). We can play hard or take it real easy, depending on your dog's wants and needs. I don't have a garden but I have a cosy flat with plenty of spots for your dog to cuddle up, and a balcony if they like to sunbath on sunny days. I live at a few minutes from Parc forest and duden. So, plenty of opportunity for walks, and to play with other dogs in the (fenced off) dog park. 

If I have the time, I don't mind travelling to other parts of Brussels for a walk. It depends on the day, so don't hesitate to ask.
