Are you going away but have a pet that prefers to stay in their own environment? Or perhaps you have a range of different animals and it’s not practical for you to organise for them to stay in different places? Then you might want to consider finding a Pawshake house sitter to come and stay at your Arlon home while you are away.

House sitting is a convenient and affordable option when you have multiple pets and also want your house to be securely looked after while you are away. Many of our pet sitters have very reasonable house sitting rates because they enjoy staying and exploring different local neighbourhoods like Arlon.

At Pawshake, we understand that trusting your home to a stranger can be a little daunting. So we’ve done all the hard work to ensure that your Pawshake house sitter is trustworthy and reliable. All our pet sitter profiles are checked individually by our dedicated trust and safety team and some house sitters also have their own police checks which they can share with you.

The best thing about engaging a Pawshake verified house sitter is that you can relax knowing that on top of being covered by The Pawshake Guarantee which includes veterinary coverage, so your pets are being cared for in a familiar environment and your Arlon home is also being looked after as well.

In addition to looking after your pets, most of our house sitters will happily help you by collecting your mail, taking out the bins, and watering your plants. Just make sure you discuss all your requirements with your chosen house sitter prior to booking.

Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with several years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and small animals. My passion for pet sitting comes from growing up in a home full of furry friends and volunteering at local shelters. I understand how important it is to find someone you trust to look after your pets, and I take that responsibility seriously.

Whether it’s going for long walks, playtime, or simply providing company and comfort, I treat every pet like my own. I have experience administering medication, handling anxious animals, and maintaining feeding and care routines. I’m also happy to send regular updates while you’re away, so you can feel reassured.

I can’t wait to meet your furry family member and give them the care and attention they deserve!️
I don't provide at my house stay , but I can propose to stay at your place if it is possible

Making walks, run small trainings with a dogs.
Can give medicine
Make hugs and connection with lovely noses.

I’ve always had a soft spot for animals, especially cats, so becoming a pet sitter felt like the most natural thing in the world for me. I genuinely enjoy spending time with pets, getting to know their little quirks, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I know how stressful it can be to leave your furry family member behind, so my goal is to give you peace of mind and give your cat a calm, caring companion.
I’ve looked after cats for friends and family over the last few years. I take the time to understand what each cat needs, whether that’s playtime, cuddles or simply someone who respects their space.
For everyone’s safety, I only welcome vaccinated pets into my home.
I’m here to make their stay as smooth and stress‑free as possible, and to help you enjoy your time away knowing your loved one is in gentle, caring hands!

My name is Nicolas, I am 25 years old and studying philosophy at the university of Luxembourg in Belval.
I haven't had the chance of owning a dog due to parental allergies but have always been curious about animals and their behaviours in general. I've read read a few books and watched some videos about animals to understand the signals they emit and how to treat them with the best care, and I regularly accompany my friend and neighbour when he takes out to walk his dog.
The main reason I want to be a pet sitter is for the gratitude you can get from a dog for taking good care of him and the pleasure of walking around. I am still questioning if I could care for a dog of my own 24/7 because of the other responsibilities it implies and so doing it for a limited time with a dog that isn't mine could help me find an answer and gain in experience with different characters.

I adapt myself to the dogs need, we can easily go for 2-3 hour walks as well as smaller walks, depending on how you treat them I will give them snacks and water during the walk and take breaks when I see the dog needs them

For full transparency I want to say that I have Hyperactivity and Anxiety which could in an unknown situation let me make a mistake. If there are specific informations concerning some "unique situations" with your dog and I have those information, it will be easier for me to handle the dog and the anxiety and anticipate so that no mistake is made.
I am happy to answer any additional questions you have for me
Best regards
Nicolas Ferregutti

Hi, I’m Michi!

I’m an Italian biologist, animal lover and proud human of three cats: Baloo, Valentino and Mia.
I offer home visits and cat boarding, mainly in the Differdange area, but I can generally travel within approximately 10 km. If you live a little further away, feel free to ask: I may still be able to come, with a small additional transport fee depending on the distance.

I can take care of feeding, litter boxes, nail trimming, grooming, playtime and oral medication, and I have my own car if transport or a vet visit is needed.

Most importantly, I adapt to your pet’s routine and personality, whether they want lots of play and attention or simply someone calm around while you’re away. And of course, expect plenty of photos and updates!

I speak English, French, German and Italian.
Send me a message and tell me about your pet

Cordialement, Patricia
