For pet parents, one of the hardest things about going to work each day is wondering what your dog will get up to while you are gone. At Pawshake, we understand that dogs need activity and interaction during the day, so why not book your dog with one of our trusted sitters in Overpelt for a doggy day care service? You can drop your dog off at the sitter’s home on the way to work or organise with your local Overpelt Pawshake sitter to pick up and drop off your dog for you.

Pet day care is a great way to keep your dog mentally and physically active during the day so that you can come home to a happy, relaxed dog. Pawshake’s home day care service is great for young dogs who need constant supervision: puppy daycare allows your pup to maintain a consistent routine, which is important during the toilet training process. It’s also a great option for dogs who need extra care and attention, or those who are extra active.

Our sitters who offer doggy day care and puppy daycare services are more adaptable than your average big day care centre. Numbers are kept small and some Pawshake sitters will only take in one dog at a time. This means they can work around your timing and any special requirements your dog may have. So, let your four-legged best friend enjoy their day with a fun and loving Overpelt sitter who will shower them with love and dedicated attention. On top of that, you will also get photos and updates during the day so that you can follow your dog’s day care adventures!

Every day care booking also comes included with The Pawshake Guarantee, which includes veterinary coverage, customer service support 7 days a week and more.

Hello! My name is Remco and I have always grown up with pets around. We used to have a mix between a Belgian and German shepherd (had police training). My parents are big fans of dogs and still own one, but I like both dogs and cats as well. I live on the countryside so while my garden is of a moderate size and has high walls, I'll be able to take dogs on long walks with lots of space outside.
I offer walks (usually ~30 mins) as well as boarding and daily check ups on dogs for feeding etc. Due to the set up of our house we cannot board cats or big dogs that jump a lot. Medium to small size dogs are preferred. I would prefer to meet before we decide anything to get to know each other and your pet.
You are more than welcome to talk to me about options, I'm sure we can make something work for your situation!

Over mijHi!

About me
Hi! Great to have you looking at my profile. My name is Erin, 28 years old, and I am a huge animal lover. From a young age, I grew up with all kinds of animals: from German Shepherds and a Golden Retriever to cats, guinea pigs, and my own horses. My favorite animal is the squirrel, but when it comes to pets, I love dogs and cats the most.

A big wish of mine is to welcome a dog or cat of my own. However, because I believe an animal deserves full attention every single day, and I have to go to the office a few days a week, I am consciously choosing not to do so just yet. Still, missing a four-legged friend around the house is real. Fortunately, I don't work every day, and on those days I truly have all the time in the world. Pet sitting through Pawshake is therefore the perfect way for me to share my love for animals.

What I have to offer
Because I only pet sit on days when I am genuinely free, your pet will get all the attention they deserve. No rushed walks, but genuine quality time and companionship.

You can contact me for:
1. Home visits / dog walking service: Whether it's a fun playtime session, a walk through the woods, cuddling, or feeding your cat, rodent, or dog; I will happily drop by.
2. Daycare / boarding: Your dog or cat will comfortably join our household on the days that I am fully at home.

I am familiar with many different types of animals and their behavior. In addition, I am very athletic and do a lot of running (preferably marathons!). With my profession as a Human Movement Scientist, I have been able to turn my hobby into my job. I prefer to be outdoors, enjoying nature. If your dog stays with me (or if I drop by for a walk), one thing is for sure: we will head out into nature for a great, long walk or a nice 'sniffing' session.
Whether you have an energetic dog who could use some action, or a cat just looking for a reliable and loving buddy while you're away: I will do my absolute best for your pet.

Do you see a potential match in me? Feel free to send me a message, and we can introduce ourselves soon!
