"Anna is great person and my experience with her was more than positive.
My dog even had an urgent health issue, and not only she did not cancel the stay, but also took care of her with much attention and love.
She was updating me daily for any issue that occured, or simply with photos & videos.

"Heel tevreden over deze hondenoppas! De communicatie verliep van begin tot einde heel vlot en duidelijk. Ik kreeg regelmatig leuke foto’s en updates, wat heel fijn was en me geruststelde tijdens mijn afwezigheid. Ook het brengen en ophalen van mijn hond verliep supervlot en zonder problemen. Ik merkte dat mijn hond in goede handen was. Zeker een aanrader!"

"6 weken voor mijn vakantie diende mijn hond een knieoperatie te ondergaan, gevolgd door 12 weken revalideren. Een ongewone situatie. Een opvang zonder eigen hond, en die periode slechts 1 hond opvangen en daarbij de revalidatie verder zetten...een uitzonderlijke zoektocht. Na diverse negatieve reacties gaat de moed wel zakken tot een positief bericht...
Een eerste kennismaking werd geregeld...onmiddellijk een goed contact. Vanaf de eerste seconde een warm onthaal, een welkom gevoel, een warm gezin. En Babs, een Engelse Bulldog,zou in een warm nest terecht komen.
Mijn dankbaarheid groeide met de dag als ik foto's en filmpjes, berichtjes de revue zag passeren. Babs beleefde de tijd van haar leven. Een noodopvang van een 17 jarige hond...verliep rustig, geen gevaar voor de knie en ze had dan toch de compagnie. Hierover werd vooraf met me gecommuniceerd 👍Overladen door knuffels, liefde, en vele korte wandelingetjes (volgens het revalidatieprogramma). 16 nachten...een lange tijd...ja, had ze verwittigd, Babs kent de truken om harten in te palmen, een extra koekje te vergaren, nog meer knuffels te krijgen...en dan doet het pijn om afscheid te nemen...dankjewel voor de geweldige opvang, het revalideren, de liefde, dat ze een plekje kreeg in jullie mooie gezin met jullie 2 schattige dochters. Dankjewel! Tevens een fijn gevoel een goed adres te hebben voor de toekomst."

"Karen took wonderful care of my dog Maya while I was away. Maya had a small injury before I left, and Karen kept that in mind and adjusted her care to suit. Communication was easy from the start, and her regular updates reassured me that Maya was in good hands.
On top of the walks and feeding, Karen gave Maya her medication, cleaned her wound and gave her plenty of cuddles. She's caring and patient with animals, and adapts accordingly to their specific needs and personalities. I'd highly recommend her to anyone who needs someone to look after their furry friend."
