"Randa sâest occupĂŠ de Roque pendant un court sĂŠjour Ă lâhĂ´pital (plusieurs visites Ă domicile et promenades par jour). Elle le traite avec beaucoup de douceur et de patience. Elle mâa envoyĂŠ des messages avec les petits incidents (un pipi de stress dans le salon, quâelle a nettoyĂŠ) ainsi que des photos et courtes vidĂŠos. "Yosun is absolutely amazing! We were a bit nervous about leaving our furry baby with someone , but Yosun quickly put our minds at ease.
She was warm, friendly, and showed a genuine love for dogs that was evident from the very start. She kept us updated with plenty of photos and videos, so we could see how our pup was doing while we were away.
Yosun went above and beyond to make sure our dog felt comfortable and happy in our home. She took the time to learn her personality and we appreciated so much!
