"Chenhua came twice daily to our place to take care of our adopted cat when we were abroad and she did more than we could have wished for. Apart from feeding and taking care of her litterbox she spent Lots of time petting her as we were worried she would get lonely. Chenhua sent videos and daily updates consistently and did a wonderful job at making our cat happy and making us worry-free. She is also an honest person and communicates clearly.
I strongly recommend Chenhua as a trusted caretaker for your pet. "

"Myrna is an amazing dog sitter! She took wonderful care of my dog, Snoopy, and walked her twice in one day. We met before the first booking, and I immediately felt comfortable leaving Snoopy with her. She's incredibly kind and friendly, and it's obvious that she truly loves animals. "Nicole looked after my cat with exceptional attention, making sure all routines, food, water, and litter were perfectly taken care of.
She took time to play, cuddle, and observe my cats individual personality adjusting to their needs so they always felt safe and secure.

"Shade took great care of the cats (and the house plants), coming over twice a day, to give them their food and medicines, always spending some time playing with them. They took up to her immediately.
Communication was easy and constant, as was meeting her for the first time and taking care of the practicalities of the pet sitting.
All in all, super recommended and, for sure, I will book again in the future!!

"J'ai fait confiance à Shadé tout de suite, et je ne l'ai vraiment pas regretté! Elle est arrivée ponctuelle et très organisée, avec déjà des notes sur les questions à poser et sur les habitudes de mes deux chats. La garde etait pourtant pas simple, en pleine canicule, avec deux visites par jour et une longue liste de consignes de sécurité (fenêtres, aération, gestion de la chaleur, sorties). Elle a tout géré avec sérieux, patience et bonne humeur, sans jamais hésiter à me poser des questions pour être sûre de bien faire et de veiller au bien-être des chats!
En vraie amoureuse des chats, Shadé s'est investie pour créer un lien avec mes deux minous, et, jour après jour, sa communication était excellente et ses nouvelles quotidiennes m'ont beaucoup rassurée.
Franchement, ce n'était pas une mission évidente, mais elle l'a menée avec enthousiasme et le sourire. Je la recommande sans hésitation et suis heureuse d'avoir trouvé une cat sitteuse fiable :)"

"J’ai fait appel à hanane pour s’occuper de mes chats pendant mes vacances et tout s’est parfaitement bien passé ! Elle est très gentille, sérieuse et digne de confiance. En plus de bien s’occuper d’eux, elle a pris l’initiative de sortir mes poubelles et de me ramener des pâtés quand elle a vu que j’étais à court — vraiment attentionnée !
