"Beatriz was wonderful with my cat, Malou! From the first meeting, it was clear she truly loves animals and immediately made a connection with Malou, which does not happen often. "Maddie took very good care of our cat. She immeaditely seemed very conscentious and responsible. More important, our cat immediately liked her :) She spent time playing with him and regularly sent us updates.
