"Ifigeniya is not afraid to sit down and play with the cats and keep them busy for a very decent amount of time! Instructions and timing were well-respected, and the place was left clean. I received detailed daily reports, and so I basically had no questions left. It was reassuring and made it a bit easier to be away. Photos and video's were shared so I could see them in action - from which I could clearly make out they had fun. I am sure the cats look forward to her next visit, as do I for the peace of mind : )"
