About Audrey
What sets me apart: My experience from fostering and caring for animals with varying medical/behavioral needs (including un-socialized stray dogs needing basic house/obedience training) has taught me that no two dogs/cats/<insert species> are the same; each one has its own triggers and wants. I enjoy the sense of satisfaction and personal growth I get from building a relationship with an animal and I will care for and love your critter like it was my own . I enjoy the challenge of figuring out what makes an animal tick and how to engage with and care for them so that they are both mentally stimulated and set up for long-term success in a world that is built for humans.
Walks: I see walking as a fun and necessary exercise for both myself and the dog; every walk is a potential training opportunity and I will tailor the experience to you and your dog's needs (either a quieter stroll avoiding stressful settings that will trigger unwanted reactions or a more active walk with training reinforcement). Each walk will be 30 minutes.
Home visits; each visit will last 30 minutes and will involve quality 1-1 time with the animal(s), checking spaces as directed by you to ensure your home is safe and secure, and bringing in mail/watering plants/feeding animals/providing toilet breaks as needed.
House sitting; I will be gone between 8-5 during the work week, but on weekends I am happy to spend more time with the pet (and if possible, take them with me to enjoy the weekend outside together in nature!). Home security measures will be taken as though the residence were my own with no guests allowed (unless necessary and/or cleared by the owner). All overnights will be spent at the owner's home.

3. What is considered a normal routine from wake-up to bed-time (including mealtimes, walks)

I feel so lucky having found Audrey for my fearful but curious adopted dog Lennu. Audrey is knowledgable, considerate and very responsible. She won Lennu's heart quickly tuning to her ways carefully and was spending a week with her while I was travelling. She kept me posted every day and took care of Lennu in the best possible way.
