GENT - MECHELEN - ANTWERPEN (CENTRUM)

Hii! My name is Svea, I'm a student taking online classes based in Ghent, Belgium. I travel as much as I can - mostly through Europe - while studying remotely. I'm an experienced pet sitter and general animal lover. Caring for animals makes both me and the pet happy, that's the ideal win-win situation if you ask me. :) I'm new to this app, but have house and petsat multiple times before, for both short and longer periods of time (a couple of hours up to 2 weeks in house petsitting). I have mostly cared for dogs and cats, but I don't shy away from cleaning a chicken coop or other more 'dirty' jobs. Since owning two little rabbits I have gained quite some knowledge about taking care of rodents as well. It would be cool to walk dogs whilst travelling, that's another of those win-wins, as the dog gets it's daily exercise I get to wander around a new neighbourhood and soak up the atmosphere.

I'm an enthousiast person that likes to be creative in her free time. I love writing poems and short anecdotal stories, making art using whatever I have on hand and I'm learning to play some guitar as well.

I can't host any pets at my apartment in Ghent, but I'm looking forward to walking your dog, cat, goat,... or helping to take care of your pet in any other way! :)

I do long (>90min) and short/ medium long walks (30-60min) in urban areas and city (dog) parks, surrounding greener areas are also possible. I can play fetch and other games for hours if required. House sitting is possible for up to 14 days and house visits up to two times a day. During house visits I can stay up to 90 minutes per visit and do other tasks around the house such as watering plants or vacuuming if needed.
