I am a British girl, living in Brussels for more than 10 years, and have been brought up with cats and always had cats in my life. My own cat died two years ago and I have not replaced her with my own cat companion, preferring for now to give my love (and get my cat love in return) by cat sitting friends, colleagues and friends of friends pets, and now widening my services via Pawshake. I am very experienced in cats, cat behaviour and understand their needs for companionship, routine, play and stimulation, but also very importantly the love and anxieties as pet ownders we feel about leaving our cats. Looking after your cat would be a great pleasure for me, and they'd be guaranteed an experienced, open and caring companion in me. There is very little that is out of my comfort zone when it comes to cats and other animals! I've stayed up all night nursing sick cats, can give medicine to grumpy cats, I have no quams about poop, vomit, cats with problems, etc. I live in the centre of Brussels and work from home, so I am very flexible, able to travel over the city and at different times of the day, or spend longer times with your pet. By profession I am working in environmental education and campaigning, so I have a deep love and compassion for the planet, all its inhabitants and nature. I am a peaceful person, enjoying quiet time reading, doing yoga and appreciating the natural world.

Please note that my calendar shows that I am unavailable on many Monday and Tuesdays as I often work out of town on these days. However, do contact me if you have a question about making a booking on one of these days as this sometimes changes or I can make alternative plans.
