Hey! I'm Pauline, a 28 years old French expat living in Gent and proud mama of Poes.

I've had cats all my life, I feel very comftable around them and they usually do too! As a child, my mom adopted my first cat, Mimi, with whom I spent in total 20 years. Mimi spent most of het time sleeping on my bed and kept me company while studying late, memories I'll always cherish. Later, with my ex-boyfriend, I adopted my first kitten, Skippy. Skippy was very shy at first, and then became extremely affectionate and playful. I looked after Skippy for a total of around 4 years. Today, and since September 2022, I have been looking after Poes, a female cat I adopted from a local organization just after she gave birth to several healthy kittens in a garden. Poes is an independant and loving cat. After a few months of transition, she is now very comftable with me. I love when she sleeps on my laps or play football in the appartment with anything she would find.

In order to finance a personal project, I am looking for extra-activies in addition to my permanent job. I am flexible and reliable. I live near Sint-Pieters station in Gent, and my job allows me to work from home and have flexible working-hours. I can also use a car if necessary.

I would be happy to help you out and pet-sit you own cat(s). I've myself hired pet-sitters in the past (once with Pawshake, even), so I know what's it's like! I can provide regular pictures and updates, and of course a lot of love to your furry friend(s).

Given my wide experience with cats, I would prefer to offer cat-sitting services on Pawshake (preferably no dog as I am not comfortable enough around them).

Languages: fluent in French and English, a bit of Dutch.
