I am 36 and since I remember I had a huge empathy, respect and love towards animals. Me and my partner have 3 cats and we fostered and re-homed doggies and cats for over 4 years with last adoption facilitated in mid 2021. It all started when I volunteered in Romania. At first we would take care of dogs I found on a street, and since I left the country we continue this journey based on cooperation with other rescuers I met in person. Spring 2020 we spent in Guatemala working at a dog rescue called Guatemala Hope for the Animals and before that we volunteered at a huge animal shelter called Animal Aware, also in Guatemala.
Since we fostered many dogs (puppies, small, big, with all kind of issues) I am well prepared to face potential challenges your 4-paws-friend would bring. I will happily provide references on request.
Currently I am working 4 days a week, Monday till Thursday with flexibility to take a longer break whenever I need.
I offer the following:
- coming to your place to check on the animal (give food if needed, refill water, give cuddles, play, let to the garden if applicable etc) .; I would stay around 30 minutes.
- taking your dog(s) for a walk (45-60minutes). The length of the walks is discussable of course :)
- Petsitting at your place. I will, of course, keep you updated on how things go and send you photos & videos.
Doggy day care and Dog walks always have a flexible cancellation policy:
Full refund if canceled before 12:00 p.m. one day before the booking, 50% refund afterward.
No refund is payable if the booking is canceled on or after the start date.
Kasia is a very kind and reliable dog sitter. Scout had a blast spending the day with her and her boyfriend. They took him to many different dog parks and played lots of fetch together. Scout is generally careful with people but he fell in love with Kasia and her boyfriend almost immediately.
