After successfully taking care of my friends' and acquaintances' cats, I decided to become a part-time cat sitter.
Going on holidays or on business trip should be relaxing and enjoyable. But leaving your cat(s) behind may lead to stress and worry. With my care and love you can leave worry-free and enjoy your well earned time off. And most importantly, your cat(s) will feel loved, cared for and happy.
My most challenging job was to catsit 3 cats that were not always getting along for 3 weeks in 2020, but I succeeded in making themselves tolerate each other. The hardest part was to ensure that the 14 years old cat could eat peacefully without being bullied by the younger cats. It was a challenge, but it worked out well in the end. The cat is now 16 years old, he overcame his illness and is happily living the best life! The other 2 are still naughty đ¸
If you need references, I can put you in touch with 3 different families. âşď¸
My availability:
I work full time for a tech company and have flexible hours (yay!). In summer time I work mostly from home so I can catsit all day or come 2-3 times/days. The rest of the year I work from the office when we have physical events, which last half or full day. If half day, I come home after the event and work from home. In this case, I am available for half day. On days that I work fully from office, I can come in the evening (and if needed early morning). Available full time on weekends.
Services:
- cat sitting at your house. My stays are longer than the average half hour. I don't cat sit for 30 minutes, as it is not enjoyable for the cat. My stay is minimum 1h for 9⏠only, 2h for 15âŹ!
- playing with the cat & ensure it doesn't get bored
- brushing
- take cat to veterinary (if necessary)
- cat sitting in my apartment is possible upon previous agreement with my flat mate
Unfortunately, I don't have experience with dogs, so I cannot take care of your dog.
Last 2 pictures is my cat. Her name is Gala DalĂ, she is 10 years old and a mix of short hair European & long hair Siberian cat. I got her when she was 2 months old and she was just a fur ball with big ears. She lives with my parents in Spain. I miss her terribly but bringing her to Belgium would cause her a lot of unnecessary stress. Taking care of cat(s) makes me feel happy and relaxed, and a bit closer to my Gala đ
Thanks,
Claudia
Perfect!
