I am a full-time PhD student at KU Leuven and my partner Filippo and I have some free time on our hands. We both love animals and have grown up around animals (from dogs, cats, birds to horses). Unfortunately our current busy lives do not allow us to adopt a furry friend. Therefore we decided that we can use our free time to do something we love! We both work during the day and mostly finish work around 5-6 pm. We can together be quite flexible as we can work from home some of the days.

When I was doing my undergraduate studies in Canada, I fostered a cat for over a year and had the pleasure to find her a long term home in the end. Later, I shared the duties of taking care of two rescue dogs for a year and lived with them. For about a year, I provided services such as dog walking and cat sitting during my Masters in the Netherlands. I like spending time with cats and dogs and I would like to assist pets and their owners in any way I can. I see this experience as more of a chance to spend time with pets rather than a means to earn money. 

My partner grew up in a farm where he was surrounded by many animals and pets including dogs, cats, birds, turtles and horses!

We are looking forward to assisting you by caring for your pets when you are away. We can provide them with basic needs (feeding, taking out for walks, changing litter, oral medications etc.). We will also make sure to have enough play and cuddle time when you are away, so they won't feel lonely.

We both have spent enough time with both dogs and cats to learn how to connect with each one of them. We believe they all need personalized care and love and we can assure you, that your babies will be happy with us.

We can offer pet boarding at our apartment in which I also have a medium size garden.
