Hi there!

I am Minerva, I am Spanish and this is my first year in Maastricht. Before coming to Maastricht, I studied Biology in Salamanca (Spain) and Leuven (Belgium). During my bachelors (4 years) I worked as a petsitter. I took care of dogs and cats very often but I had a very special little dog which I worked with for 3 entire years and we would see each other almost everyday! His name is Pirata🐶 and he is living his happy life in Salamanca still. I am more that convinced to continue working in what I like to do, being in contact with animals and taking care of them. What I do normally is playing with them as much as possible, pet them, and trying to teach them some tricks if they don't know already. With Pirata, I would walk for hours because he had a lot of energy and we would play with his ball⚽. I also spent some time with other dogs, older, younger, big, small, I don't care! I adapt to the necessities of each dog and circumstance. Just let me know!

If they need daycare I would make it work for being with them as much as possible. Fortunately, I have the help of my boyfriend which would be at home if I have class, but my schedule is pretty flexible so most of the time it will be me who is with your little friend.

Here , I don't have other pets but I do have 3 cats in my house in Spain which I love with all my heart. So cats are more than welcome as well😻. I also have a hamster🐹 called Tortilla, in Spain, so any other animal is welcome too.

I also have experience helping the animal shelter in my hometown, where I worked for some time. My motivation to be a petsitter is to help you doing what I love the most! Let me know if you have any further questions.
