Hi!
My name is Astrid, I'm 27 years old and originally from Flanders, but live in Brussels now. I speak Dutch, English, French and Spanish. Our family has always had dogs at home and now that I live in an appartement with other people (and thus can't have a dog), it makes me realize how much I miss having animals around.

I don't have a job at the moment, so my schedule is very flexible: mornings, during the day, and evenings are all fine. The size, age and breed of the animal do not matter either, I've had experience with all kinds of dogs.
What I enjoy most is establishing a real connection, not just being dominant over the animal for the sake of being the boss, but really listening and trying to understand each other. With my other dogs I've sensed this connection most of all through training, but going for a walk together, playing and just spending time together in general are just as important (and fun!!).
The walks would generally be around 1 hour long, but I would prefer to adjust the length of the walk to the needs of the animal. As for the location: I live close to the Forest- and Duden Parks, or I'm also happy to come visit your animal at home and take them out to their favourite park nearby. Again, I'm very flexible, so I'd prefer to just talk about what your (and your animal's) needs are, and adjust my service accordingly.
