I have always loved dogs from a very young age ☺️. I grew up with an akita inu and his sassy personality. When I have moved out of home I have decided to get the mini version of the akita, a shiba inu. Knowing their nature and strong personality i have instantly enrolled ourselves in dog training classes as soon as he had all of his vaccinations. At the age of 4 month we started with a puppy school, then an "elemetary school" and then when he became one years old we started private training lessos, so Tokio could grow up as a very well rounded shiba with all the knowledge and patience a dog from that breed needs. The reasons why we have trained for years and years was not only for him but also for me. During this years I have learned and understood so much about dog training that i after gaining two certifications, i consider myself well educated on dog body language and the basics of training.

Tokio my shiba loves to play with other dogs, even though he is a bit shy at first, especially with of larger sizes. Due to this sadly dog breeds above middle size (above 20kg ish) first definitely have to meet and play in a park or somewhere, so he will not be afraid if they would stay for the night/ or inside the appartment 😊 Due to this the preference goes to smaller bodied dogs for longer periods of taking care of them, but of course if Tokio is not too afraid and gets along with a "bigger" cuddly bear as well, i am more than happy to take care of them too🥰🥰 Regarding walks, this is not relevant, it is a different circumstance.

I have moved to Brussels in September, however before in Budapest I was walking dogs (mostly) and sometimes taking care of dogs as well. Some can be seen on the pictures, such as the two small dogs (the beige and the spotty) and the dobermann. I was also walking the two gentle giants of mix breeds very regularly, with the green and purple leash ☺️ I am very happy to meet as many dogs (and owners) as possible, however i do have a one dog policy at a time for sleepovers (with the exception of dogs that know each other well, and/or live in the same household).
