My name is Ira and I am passionate about cats. I was the typical kid who would feed all the stray cats on the neighborhood and stare at them for hours. I got my own first cat years later. I found Muki (well, he found me!) on the street 13 years ago, when he was just 3 months old and he was really ill and weak...My parents were a bit reluctant to let me have him home fearing that he would transmit us some illness...But I fought for him and he fought hard too. Some weeks later he managed to recover and he became the best cat I could have ever imagine. He is black, blind in one eye and has a chronic respiratory disease, but for me he is the most beautiful cat on the planet!

When I arrived to Brussels 3 years ago, I was very sad to leave old Muki with my parents, but he could not travel due to his age and health problems. I missed him too much and so my boyfriend and I decided to adopt a kitty. This is how little Loki arrived to our lives in October 2018. He is a lovely and incredibly affectionate kitty, and his games -and miaows asking for attention- make the house full of life!

Since we are foreigners and we do not have such a broad familiar/social network in this city as we have in our homeland, we have realized about the complexity of making sure that Loki is properly taken care of everytime that we need to leave the city for some days. This is how I discovered this amazing tool that Pawshake represents for pet owners, and also the reason why I decided to join as a pet-sitter myself!

Being myself and Loki users of this platform and having had great experiences with the 2 pet-sitters that I have found through this site, I can guarantee you that you can leave your cat on my hands with full trust.

During your absence, I can go once or twice to your home and apart from feeding and cleaning your cats, I will make sure that they receive the appropriate daily dose of love, games and attention that they certainly need!
