Megan

My name is Megan, I am 24 years old from Ireland currently living in Brussels. I moved to Brussels a little over a year ago meaning I had to sadly move away from our family dog Kobe who lives back in Ireland with my parents.

I am truly passionate about caring for animals. We have always had pets in our home since I was small. My first pet being a goldfish, then we had a rabbit called Carmel and then once myself and my siblings were a bit older we rescued our first dog Skye. Skye was a beautiful West Highland Terrier who had been mistreated in her past, it took a lot of love and care to get her to trust people again especially men but she ended up being a very happy dog living with us. After she died we waited awhile before getting another dog. In 2019 we got Kobe a Cavachon who is a core member of our family. I miss being able to take him for walks and cuddle him now that I'm in Belgium.

I have experience looking after dogs for my neighbours in Ireland and also looking after my neighbour here in Brussels' dog Pina. I understand different dogs and animals have various needs and requirements and I love learning each pet's unique personality & doing whatever is necessary to make them comfortable, safe and happy.

Of course, I have no problem with looking after pets with specific needs such as taking special medication, bathing them, certain dietary requirements etc.

I can take your dog for a walk, mind your dog or other pets at your home. I can also pop in if your pet just needs to be fed.
