We are a pet loving multilingual family (English with some Dutch & French) who enjoy sharing our rural home and large fenced-in garden in Beersel, near Uccle, Linkebeek, Sint Genesius Rode and Waterloo with your dog so that you can have a relaxing break away knowing that your dog is in safe, experienced hands !

We have always had family dogs of our own and enjoy taking your dog for daily walks of an hour in the nearby woods and park with us! We are happy to take your well-socialised dog but want to make sure that our home and the presence of our own dog makes for a happy environment for your pet to stay. Therefore, we recommend a meeting before we accept any bookings. We also have two lovable gentle golden retrieivers. For this reason we wish to only take one other dog at a time. With 4 older children always coming and going and as a teacher with a summer break, there is usually someone around during the day to spend time with your dog.

It may be better also to start with a short break the first time you leave your dog with us, this is to ensure that they are comfortable and fit into our family life and routine for any longer stay.

Dogs stay and sleep in our kitchen and living area, but are not encouraged to go upstairs. They have access to the large fenced in garden.

Our own medium/large sized Goldens love the company of other dogs and are always happy to have a friend to play with around the garden.
