"Luca est LA personne qu'il vous faut si vous cherchez un gardien de confiance pour vos chats.
Le séjour de mes deux chats a été compliqué pour plusieurs raisons et Luca a parfaitement géré la situation : entre l'urgence vétérinaire de l'un, le traitement quotidien du second, un système pour donner à manger de manière isolée aux chats en raison de croquettes médicales, l'anxiété des deux... Luca s'est montrée adaptable. Je recevais des photos et des nouvelles d'eux presque tous les jours. Lorsque mon grand a montré un symptôme potentiellement alarmant, elle m'a fait parvenir des photos pour que je décide de l'envoyer chez le véto ou non, puis l'a conduit à la clinique d'urgence en me tenant au courant tout du long, ce qui faisait toute la différence dans une situation aussi difficile.
De manière plus générale, la communication avec Luca est fluide, claire et proactive. Lors de notre première discussion, elle avait déjà lu le profil de mes deux chats et avait des questions précises.
Luca est très consciencieuse et attentive. En allant déposer puis chercher mes chats chez elle, j'ai pu voir un appartement propre, sécurisé (les chats n'ont pas accès à l'extérieur et les fenêtres sont fermées pour éviter des accidents) et aménagé dans lequel les autres chats étaient clairement très à l'aise dans l'espace et avec elle. Enfin, Luca est une personne adorable tant pour les tigres que les humains ! Elle aime clairement la compagnie de ses locataires temporaires, et ça se répercute à merveille sur leur séjour. Mes chats sont anxieux et n'avaient jamais eu un tel cat-sitting, et elle a rendu ça tellement plus facile.
La prochaine fois que j'ai besoin d'une sitter, je sais vers qui me tourner. Si vous cherchez une sitter soigneuse, je vous la recommande les yeux fermés !

"C’était la première fois pour notre petit chien de 5 ans et il a été très bien accueilli. Ils ont pris soin de lui comme nous le faisons. La communication depuis le début nous a donné beaucoup de tranquillité et les photos régulières aussi. Sans doute, nous laisserons notre chien avec eux une prochaine fois!

"Carolina and her daughter are awesome. Our Dog Pablo stayed at their place for two weeks while we were on holidays and he was extremely happy. We received news about him everyday including photos where he seemed very happy and received all the care and love that we could imagine.
In addition to that, Carolina is very flexible and good communicator.
Definitely recommended."

She was incredibly attentive and caring, and from the very beginning we felt completely at ease.
She kept us constantly updated, sharing detailed information about how our cat was doing and sending us lovely photos that truly reassured us.

"J'ai beaucoup apprécié la communication et la prise en charge de Pulp par Arthur. Le fait qu'il soit en colocation est un atout pour que l'animal soit entouré en quasi-permanence, ce qui était important pour Pulp qui a un besoin très important de contact avec les humains. Elle s'est immédiatement sentie à l'aise chez Arthur et l'appartement sur plusieurs étages, comprenant également une chambre d'ami, se prête bien à l'épanouissement d'un chat. Je recommande Arthur à 100%, et je lui confierai Pulp lors de mes prochains départs en vacances avec certitude !"

"Megan did a fantastic job taking care of my dog. She was trustworthy, caring, curious (asking anything and everything about him to ensure proper care) and in general very easy to communicate with.
She seemed flexible and willing to adapt to whatever the dog needs (within reason). Left Fox with her for almost 10 days and he seemed so fine. I’m sure he will love to she her again, and I will definitely trust her with my pets in the future. "

"Ana is a wonderful sitter and we will absolutely be booking her again! Our girl Lander can be a picky eater when she's away from home, but Ana had no problem getting her to eat everyday. She sent daily updates and photos, which reassured me our dog was very happy at Ana's and getting plenty of fresh air and snuggles. The communication was easy and coordination was very smooth - I'm especially grateful to Ana for her flexibility and responsiveness. And of course, Ana's dog Nacho was a perfect host as well - Lander is happy t have a new furry friend too!"
