"Marilou s'est montrée avenante et bienveillante dès nos premiers échanges. Elle a pris le temps de venir rencontrer notre chien au préalable. Et le jour J, elle a essuyé ses dégâts (gamelle renversée) en plus d'aller le promener, lui a préparé un petit snack pour l'occuper et a laissé les clés chez ma voisine comme convenu. "Estelle est quelqu’un de super pet friendly. Elle est venu chez moi pour sortir ma chienne et Lola l’a immédiatement adopté. La communication est super.
